Special Issue on Food Security and
Sustainability
Food security means the people
have physical, social, and economic access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious
food to meet their dietary needs for a productive and healthy life at all times. Food
insecurity is often rooted in poverty or disaster, in which the people often
live in hunger or fear of hunger. The goal of this special issue is to provide
a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote,
share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Food
Security and Sustainability.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Food
Security and Sustainability. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:

Authors
