Special Issue on Food Packaging, Preservation and Shelf-life
Packaging technology, such as modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), and traditional methods, such as brine treatment, salting and smoking, remain important in food production and preservation. Shelf life is an important property of any food and is of interest to everyone in the food chain from producer to consumer.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring food packaging, preservation and shelf-life. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.
