Special Issue on Food Politics, Policy and Culture
Food Politics are the political aspects of the production, control, regulation, inspection, distribution and consumption of food. The politics can be affected by the ethical, cultural, medical and environmental disputes concerning proper farming, agricultural and retailing methods and regulations. The goal of this special issue is to Exploring claims, controversies, positions, interests and values connected with food.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring food politics, policy and culture. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
