Health, and Environmental Sustainability are interconnected concepts that are
vital for the well-being of individuals and the planet. The promotion of
nutritious, organic, and locally sourced food is not only essential for
maintaining our health but also for protecting the environment. The goal of
this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all
over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and
developments in the area of Food, Health, and Environmental Sustainability.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
